My dad is having an issue with his telkom email account, whereby his sent email is not going through.
After clicking 'Send', he is able to see the mail in the sent box, however recipients are not receiving it.
He is using the web interface at home.
(When using outlook at the office, all works fine).
He has been using telkom email for many years now from home. Has had this problem only for the last 2 - 3 days.
I don't think he would of changed any settings (i'm not even sure if there is a setting to block outgoing mail on the web interface)??
Any ideas?
