Telkom = endless problems

I had a 4meg line activated in paulshof but it doesn't do 4096, it fluctuates all over the place, under 3xxx it doesnt dial up. I had telkom technicians come out and test it and they told me that the line just just makes it, noise wise, and that was on a good day. other days it never dials up. so I had another 4meg line activated on my other line... so telkom told me its online, and it shows 4091 but my ISP cant connect. so I called telkom again...

can someone please help?? what do i do?? I'm paying my ISP, nexus btw, but cant use them because telkom is sooooo useless! ...and paying for 2 x 4meg lines that doesn't operate.

if someone knows any telkom frikkies, please tell them to stick their 4meg lines up their arses!
 
If I have an open fault I usually insist on a Telkom refund for the time of the open fault. They do refund me.

The exchange might be too far of in need of upgrading so your problem may take a while to resolve...
