Telkom exceeded my expectations!!!

Logged a fault last night and got 2 Telkom techies at my house today. They replaced the line outside from the pole running into my house. Did testing and everything seems to be working 100%. Since taking the do bundle package I had only had the occasional buffer here and there, but streaming is perfect. Line is rock solid and running nicely.

When I was on Afrihost and Vox bolt on I had constant buffering which drove me insane. If you want proper speeds and no buffering I suggest in going to Telkom. 10 out of 10 for service and good speeds.

I took the plunge and have never looked back. Running for 2 weeks now,

Yeah the Telkom softcap accounts are one of the best value for money and performance accounts I have used in a LONG time.

I moved to Telkom today. I am sick and tired of Afrihost and Axxess BS. I think if there is a new poll today for best ISP then Afrihost won't be first anymore.

How odd.

I had the exact same done at my place yesterday. Cable from the pole to my house was replaced and some wiring mess up at the pole itself was fixed which sorted out my SNR problems.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with you and I'll be doing the same thing next week; just waiting for the line transfer back to Telkom to conclude.


This last experience with Telkom support really impressed me; looks like they are upping their game! KUDOS!
