It looks like Telkom are having major failures,

Seems to be affecting the ADSL and Frame Relay could, or it could just be Tisclai down.

have only had about 5-6 downtimes with tiscali in my 4 years there ...
telkom I had 7-8 downtimes in my 2 months there ...
