Telkom - False advertising claims?

On the home page of News24 (so-so new look, they should surf the New York Times or the Telegraph to see what a decent online newspaper looks like. Content is king. dudes, not pretty icons.) there is a Telkom animated ad at the right hand edge of the page.
It reads: "The fastest and most affordable broadband, from R199 per Gig".

This is of course absolute bollocks - where can I report them for making bullshyte claims n their advertising?
