Hi,
It has been two weeks since I requested a speed upgrade from Telkom on the 24th Nov, as per the usual, now getting the run around. When the order was put in, a day later, my speed dropped from 100 to 20.
Thinking it was a fault, when I called in, they said it was due to migration of package. After calls and calls to Sales and Tech support, the query was escalated. The final step is apparently sitting with the activation's team to complete the order by activating and closing it. Posts on twitter and calls to consultants have availed no action over 5 days. Vumatel has done their part and the package is just awaiting activation.
The activation's team sits in a department that has no phones to accept incoming calls, they only check the system.
Please advise what next steps I can take to resolve this? Is the the Telkom rep on the forum still? I remember his name was Lance, what a legend at assisting with issues.
