Anybody know what it's about? I'm not keen to reply to the sms.

I think the translation of this is:

Telkom would like to ensure that theu can screw you to the maximum degree possible.

You have to reply 'yes' to the sms for them to call you.

Pretty sure it is a real offer based on all the calls I have had. BUT ...... Telkom is badly informed about what is available in many areas, and certainly in my area, are unable to deliver, due to OpenServe's main contractor Huawei not delivering on the fibre infrastructure installed.
