Who needs a Telkom rep on this site? They will get shot down in flames, and probably the only way for them to get a rep on here is to play paper rock scissors or draw straws.

Most people with problems/questions simply mail Hellkom anyway, which is why I am sending a bill for R7,594,226.91 to Telkom when their financial year ends in March.

Sad but true, most people will just attack the poor orc who gets chosen to be the rep. Telkom have however taken a few steps in the right direction but it is not enough.

MyADSL could implement a system where abuse of the rep is not allowed. We also have to make an effort.
