Does the free WhatsApp in the FreeMe prepaid packages include video calling or just voice?

Finally got an answer. It's voice only.

But still a good deal, I think, considering you'll be using voice much more often than video typically.

Are you sure? I'm relatively sure I've made video calls with only that bundle available. Will check when I run out of data tomorrow.

I'm 100% sure. I wrote to them on twitter a few days ago and they responded today with a "voice only"
