In an attempt to cancel my 3Gig a/c with Telkom, I phoned them.
They said: Send an e-mail to [email protected].
I did, asking them please to cancel the package and acknowledge receipt immediately. This is the reply I got a week later:
Your Message To: [email protected]
Subject: User: [email protected]
Sent: Tue, 3 Jan 2006 13:56:00 +0200
was deleted without being read on Tue, 10 Jan 2006 09:01:54 +0200
Can you believe it?
