Telkom has just "Softcapped" me.

I have an 2Mb/s uncapped account with Telkom.

The recently notified me with a little pop up that I have reached the limit of my quota and that I can still use the internet but at reduced speed.

What is the usage limit on an uncapped Telkom account per month and what is this "reduced" speed?

They don't show this kind of information when you log in to your account on the Telkom website.

That's wrong. You should never be softcapped at that usage. Log a fault with Telkom Internet immediately.

Else pm to "ranger" and ask him to assist.

Would it be possible for "ranger" or another consultant at Telkom to see what I have surfed and give me a summary of what sites consumed the most data?

Ummmm... 'coz it's against the law! That level of data should be available on your PC's browser history.
