Telkom help needed

Hi

Is there a number that I can contact to reach someone higher up then the helpdesk.
I have logged a call on the 25//11/2011 for a high latency issue.
On the 28/11/2011 the call got escalated and I was told that it's an area problem.
On the 30/11/2011 I was put on hold for 20min to talk to the supervisor after talking to helpdesk for another 30min.
Call dropped....
On 02/12/2011 another 40min call, was told they are replacing a card at the exchange. Same prob even after that.
On 13/12/2011 Hold with Helpdesk again for 30min finalloy asked for supervisor was told i will be contected.
No call received....
On 19/12/2011 9:40 On hold with helpdesk told that tech at exchange will call right now
No call received again....
10:30 called again asked for supervisor, placed on hold for 40min quess what
Call dropped again....:mad:
Any help will be aprechiated
 
Visit the Telkom Direct shop at Kolonade centre.

Tell them to report a fault or give you the address of the techies (used to be up Zambezi towards the N4 - Breedt Street) so that you can go see someone who knows what they are talking about!
