These guys gain ground then lose it again, I was preaching their improved response times telephonically, I tried calling them over the weekend and gave up after 30 mins,

I have now been on hold for over 20 mins... damnit telkom.... your call centre is one of the faces of your company.
 
20 minutes is not bad at all. 45 minutes is my average.

You need to call and put them on speaker and carry on with other work while listening for then they answer.
 
35 minutes so far here. 3 agents lmao
 
JA.. 15-20 min for first pickup.... but wait until they "transfer" you.. Longest hold before giving up or dropped call... 1 hour 45 min.
Have spend probably 8 hours to no resolve holding on...
 
on both online and phone, both just useless. Just got transferred again. Kid sounded like his mouth was full.
 
Yip the agents or more frustrate than the hold. Was sorting my Internet downgrade get put on hold 10 minutes. Agent comes back says Haai I have no idea what I am doing I will have to transfer you to retentions they do downgrades. This after 20 minute call. Yay another 30 minutes holding. Next agent I told my story and told her I have hang up. Does she need anything else. When she was done I got the ref. All sorted. Well till my bill comes and I will be double charged as the one wasn't cancelled. Looking forward to that next month
 
just got through. told to go into a store.
 
I spent 45 minutes cancelling my services. Happiest day of my life. I have fibre now.

That took an hour waiting for agent to come back. Hung up. Get an sms saying it's resolved. Not. Eish
