I get to around 110GB on my 4mb Uncapped when downloading during peak times only and the "usage bar" goes to the halfway mark. Never been throttled, so I can assume I'll be able to do maybe 250GB before throttling kicks in (not that I'll ever reach that), but a safe assumption is maybe 120GB on a 2mb. That's my guesstimate.

It does, in the sense that it doesn't count toward your usage. My dad has a 2MB 10GB softcap account with TI, and all downloads done during nightsurfer time does not count against his cap.
