/ just a rant ...

We are now on the fourth port reset this week.
After each it runs fine for a while and then slowly turns to crap again. I call, they reset, it's fine.....then it's not.....:mad::mad::mad::mad:

Bloody hell, I so wish I can go to another line provider......the Openweb train has left the station, but these clowns we are married to....fffff...I WANT MY INTERNETS AND I ****IN WANT THEM NOW!!!

I'm holding on so we can reset it AGAIN....joy.
 
Wellllllll......right after the "port reset" it ran as it should...for 5 ****ing minutes.

So I am wondering if they even do anything, or the fact that you reboot your router as they do their reset fixes your problem until the crap at the exchange catches up with you again.

Congested Exchange. Telkom seem to be having lots of these, all over the country.

That.... I give up. during the day it is fine(I work from home) but in the evening/over weekends when people come home and get on the net, it all goes to crap. Trying to explain that and get a solution .... here in the middle of nowhere...lost cause I tell ya.
 
Welcome to the club. Been fighting over a year internet got worse and worse. This last month basically useless. 2010 and 2011 was running super smooth then the 1st speed upgrades and boom line started acting funny, now second upgrade and even got worse. This last month or two.. Hell I don't know what's going on anymore But this must be some cable faults or something just know, this is not worth paying almost R600 for.
