Telkom infrastructure

I am moving to a new home in Centurion and would like to transfer my Telkom line and ADSL to the new address. I contacted "Smartmoves" and they will assist me. (cool) But now it appears that the new home (in a complex, just over a year old), may not have the infrastructure in-place.

Does anyone know who I can contact to find out whether this is true and when it will be in place? I contacted Telkom New Services and a very friendly operator (i must admit), had look on their system. All he can determine however is that the address is on the database, NO other info available....

Can any1 help with a contact no......

Even dial-up will be something. Unfortunate there are NO lines so even that is a "dream". As for 3g, I am on CellC. So at the top of the range, and with a LOT of luck, it will be Edge for me. At the moment that appears to be the best sollution unless I want to spend more R and join Vodacom. At least I still have ADSL at my shop so I guess my one PC will remain there for downloads.....
