I am moving to a new home in Centurion and would like to transfer my Telkom line and ADSL to the new address. I contacted "Smartmoves" and they will assist me. (cool) But now it appears that the new home (in a complex, just over a year old), may not have the infrastructure in-place.
Does anyone know who I can contact to find out whether this is true and when it will be in place? I contacted Telkom New Services and a very friendly operator (i must admit), had look on their system. All he can determine however is that the address is on the database, NO other info available....
