Hi

Telkom is trying to close my order for over a week now due im on the new NGN or something system... anyone have a contact, or something to close it it...any employees maby?

have 3 incident reports already and ipac ref nr.. none seem to work.

Telkom support says ppl at shop must use ARIR system to close it, but at shop they say they dont have such a system....
