Telkom Internet account disappears?

I noticed towards the end of last month I was getting an error 691 on one of my Telkom Internet accounts. I had another one and wasn't bothering to chase Telkom up since I was really busy at the time. I then called them up to find out what the story was and now the account doesn't exist. Wtf?

Anyone else have this issue?

Not exactly but last week Monday my modem wouldn't sync, called Telkom on Tuesday & was told my account has been closed. No reason, whodunnit or any other info, the account is just "closed". Asked them to re-open it for me as I'm bloody well still paying for it, which they did the next day. With Telkom sometimes it's best not to ask too many questions.

Yeah, my brother, who is the account holder, just spoke to them and they said they accidentally closed the account. Apparently they wanted us to pay to re-open it!
