Telkom Internet and DHT (Bit-torrent).

I have noticed that for the last week or so, DHT does not work properly when I am on a telkom account. Torrents still download perfectly well from peers found on trackers, but DHT does not pick up any peers.
I can even get away with switching to my Afrihost account, waiting for DHT to populate then switching back.
Does anyone know whether Telkom is blocking DHT or is it something about DHT traffic they are blocking /throttling?
Is there a way to route it separately?
