Telkom Internet Dynamic DNS issue

Anyone else having the issue that their Telkom Internet dynamic DNS address isn't being updated?

I've tried disabling/enablign via the portal and rebooting my router a few times - no joy. Its simply stuck on an old IP.

Mine stopped working on Friday.

Yes I think my died the same day... I've emailed the RP from the DNS zone, hopefully he checks it and responds.
