Telkom Internet E-mail problem

I recenly had the Telkom Simple R399 package installed. I logged a fault on 6th August that two of my e-mail addresses were not working. The reference number is 554247974. To date the problem is still not solved. Telkom have only managed to get one e-mail working. How long do I have to wait to be able to use this e-mail function. In teh mean time I cannot access e-mails being sent to me.
