Telkom Internet ISP - Injecting Code into HTML

There is something wrong with the trigger. According to the daily email I have 17Gb left. It is maybe not picking up if the user has added data. In my case I get 50 Gb, I had carry over Topup from last month and I added more this month. My speed is fine but I am ready to scream at the popup

There is a bug for people who have topup remaining when they reach 100% of their in-bundle, they will continue receiving the 10)% notification and tracker doesn't know how to acknowledge the notification in this case. A fix for this is being tested, and should go in soon (hopefully tomorrow morning).

If anyone is affected by this, PM me your username and I will temporarily fix your account.

The front-end developer will see if he can add the feature as implemented on th the backend, but we may need some approvals for this to be added (in progress), and some time for testing and change management processes.

You can now disable the in-browser notification from the notification settings on tracker:

However, if you encounter a situation where you think the notifications are incorrect, I would like to know about it. The expected behaviour is as follows:
- 80% and 90%: you get a notification that you can close by clicking the X button, if you click on the notification you get taken to the tracker login page and the notification should stop (you don't need to log in to tracker to stop it).
- 100%, topup depleted, or out-of-bundle limit reached: a relevant notification is shown (persistently) until you log in to tracker and click the 'acknowledge' button.

We are considering adding additional non-persistent notifications for:
- 100% threshold reached and now using topup
- If you enable auto-out-of-bundle (feature being considered, not implemented yet), a notification if you switch to out-of-bundle.

I was cut off but at midnight I had 11Gb available... Cut-off = no matter which website I enter, I get to Telkom

I bounced the router, no luck

I had to log in, click some T&C that came up, then I clicked off the browser insert, then I submitted and now I am back on again

Urgh, sorry, that was my fault. I made a mistake that triggered the wrong behaviour.

Edit: You were redirected from 2015-06-29 08:45:21 SAST to 2015-06-29 11:38:04 SAST because I was in too much of a rush to get to a meeting. Sorry about that.

My account was spontaneously changed from uncapped, back to the first account type I had many years ago, which was a 1GB capped account.

That's why I've been getting these pop-us since last month and also today on the 1 July.

I phoned Telkom and spoke to one consultant (at the end, 3 actually) and they stated that I only had a 1GB capped account. And I said that's impossible because I've been having a uncapped account for the last couple of years. I even read the download quantities, of previous months that were in the 30-50GB range per month (which is typical for many people on this forum), that is logged on the saix.net website to her.

Then she agreed that there must be some kind of mistake and that I should phone sales tomorrow. And that is what I will do.

But what does your invoice say you were paying for?
