telkom internet local stuffed?
so my 1 gig account which is capped and is sitting at around 5 gigs now, i cannot access local except at a measly speed of around 10 bits per second, modem reset and all doesnt work, switch to my 3 gig account and its all fine?
anyone else having this issue?
i messed up the title for this and can't change it
