Telkom Internet mega latency and no throughput

Since yesterday my Telkom Internet account has had a speedtest ping of over 2000ms and 0.01 throughput. This is on both of my ADSL lines in 2 different locations in East London.

As soon as I change my account in the routers to Afrihost, pings are normal and speedtest is full line speed.

Is there any known issue at the moment - clearly this is TI problem and not last mile?

EDIT: the TI account still has 50% of it's 50GB cap left.
 
mine has been like that for the last few months, did a quick test now, though it was quick, telkom still busy fixing it

Do you mind posting a tracert to mybroadband.co.za here? That latency is not right. You have either reached a point which you are being throttled because of using too much data or you exchange is congested.

Problem should have been resolved by 20h00 on Tuesday 23rd. Please indicate if you are still having a problem. Details are available in other TI-related threads.
