To my understanding from what I've been reading here, Telkom Internet will now bill you when you exceed your cap or allocated bandwidth?
By keeping in mind that ADSL is something that is always connected I think the following may be scary stuff or maybe I'm being paranoid?
Something that can happen and it may even happen very often is that people who get virusses (and I'm sure this happens daily) may get virusses that eats bandwidth and at the end people who get these types of virusses will have the virusses eating away at their bank accounts.
