Hmmm, sounds more like a line / congestion issue. I have been with Telkom Internet (20Mb/s VDSL with Capped 30 + 30) for a little over two months now, and the only issue I have is with P2P - its shaped / throttled to death. The rest of the service I have no issues (youtube is an absolute dream, no buffering, just a constant stream). Speed test to JHB sites >15Mb/s - 8ms / International USA between 12 - 13Mb/s - +/-230ms - day and night and while this may have more to do with my line speed and quality than my ISP, I have found that not all ISP's yield the same results. I still have my Plugg and Afrihost account for those times I want P2P.

Well now. You are very lucky that your exchange can handle that...while the rest of us sit with 1.5mb/s cause the exchange can only handle 2mb/s.
 
I can rike to say, I is happiness withs terkom, they is good enoughs for me. My Engrish vely not good, sorry.

On a more serious note, I would for all intends and purposes contact telkom to try and resolve your issues, before making accusations that can't be substantiated with engrish.

I find the whining on this thread coming from fools who have nothing better to do than nitpick, to be far more annoying than the bad grammar itself. A headache/cancer? You can't be serious? give the guy a break
