Telkom Internet service sucks

Hi,
Know this will sound as if I am just complaining but my telkom internet in hospitaalpark Bloemfontein have been off for 3 weeks and after numerous calls an who knows how many minutes lost.. they still can just say it is a cable fault and that a technician will contact me.. and now they expect me to pay for this poor service.

Lodge a dispute about the downtime. They refunded me a pro rated amount for the downtime. Then keep an eye open for a Telkom van in your area, speak to the tech and bribe him with a doughnut to come take a look. (I literally did that and got my line up again)

Have tried that they say line must work before they can log a dispute

You should get automatic rebates after the fault is fixed, including either rebate (for uncapped accounts) or, as far as I know/remember roll-over of unused data (on Softcap accounts). In the meantime you may be able to get a Telkom Internet SIM (to use your free mobile data that comes with your Telkom Internet account).
