Telkom is a scam!!! Do not do any online applications with them!!!!

So I see that I am not the only one sitting with this problem!!!!!
I did an online application for a phone and it was approved the consultant did not inform me that the phone i applied for is out of stock all she said was delivery would take 5-7 working days. It's almost 3 weeks now and I still haven't received my phone, I haven't received no calls or emails informing me what is happening I have to run around waste my airtime calling Telkom and all they can say is oh Mam we are waiting for stock, this is absolutely bullshit I am not impressed at all!!!!! Why was I not informed when doing the application that the phone is out of stock...@telkom I am highly disappointed and upset

It's a scam because, some people are waiting over 3 months for a phone and the debit order still goes off if you can't 2 cancel you still have to pay a fee

Or, you can contact them and tell them that they can cancel without a fee as the service was not activated and the device was not supplied.
