Telkom is driving me crazy :(

In August 2008 I applied for WiMAX at my complex. I never once received an invoice or bill from telkom... I even called telkom, gave them my ID, and they said that they couldn't pick up any accounts under my name, so I just left it... In march 2009 we moved into a new complex, so before we moved I figured that I need to call Telkom again just to check if they have been billing me for the WiMAX, and again, they couldn't pickup any accounts under my name... So I moved and didn't bother trying to sort this out with this excuse of a company...

About 3 months ago Telkom called me and said that I have an outstanding bill of +- R4400... Of course this was for the WiMAX which they never billed me for, even after several attempts from my side to get a bill... Telkom said they will credit me the charge for the WiMAX equipment if I return it, which I did almost a month ago... they also said that they will check on there system when last did I use the WiMAX and then credit me for the months I didn't use it...

Well guess what, after 2 months they haven't done *****... They haven't credit my account for the equipment that I returned, and they also haven't investigated my last usage... I don't know what to do anymore, I can't handle talking to these baboons anymore... Does anyone know of someone in the accounts department that could maybe assist me with this? Preferably not a baboon if you know what I mean...
 
My brother in law has been having the same problem with wiMAX!

He had not received a bill so gave them a call,when they asked him for his telephone number he said he didn't have one because he was using wiMAX and the person did not know what he was talking about.

After a wile he got a bill and paid it but the fact that they don't know what the hell wiMAX is is just retarded :(

Exactly!! How on earth am I supposed to sort this out if they dont even know what the hell wimax is... Seriously, I'm so pissed!
