Telkom Is FUBAR

Telkom has taken my working 42db line and given me a new and improved 50db line and as expected the speed and sync is half what I had ....and today I am told impossible to contact Telkom as they have been hit with the Ransomware Virus, If they were incompetent before well no hope from here on out.
They should join the team at the SABC.

Its not Telkom is the freaking people work for them. I am going through a similar issue but cherry on top is that the tech blames my ISP for throttling me but looking at the line stats you can clearly see where the problem is

Its both they milk the dead cow, the cables are in a state of FUBAR, but you think after 30-40 years pull in a new cable that they collected rental for 30years+ ?? No ways just dish up any old cr@p as long as it connects they happy,

I say pull it out, after all its only 2Km of cable replace it or pull in fibre and put the darn msan on the curb,but thats beyond them.:mad:
