Since the free speed upgrade (sic) of my former 2Mbps line to 4Mbps, I consistently experience high latency, and slow speeds. This now happens several times a month.

That link refers to a massive thread where ppl discuss these issues.

Surely 1 minute of reading would have shown you that?

The entire thread is relevant. It is ongoing. It proves you are not alone.

Edit: The link perhaps doesn't display the same for you as it does for me as I have edited my own profile to display the maximum number of posts per page (40) rather than the default number (don't remember just what that is). Therefore page 216 for me may well be a different page for your display setting, so the link reverted to that which is an older page of 2013 posts. Sorry!

Edit;Edit: I see the forum default for posts-per-page is 14. There you go, problem solved. :)
