Telkom ISP account IP Addresses

On the Normal Telkom Account (International), once the account is capped will the user get a 165.146.x.x IP address. Usually its a 41.x.x.x IP address but I noticed that 1 of my clients has a 165.146.x.x IP.

It all depends on your localtion I get a 165.146.x.x IP in the Cape Town CBD when capped and a 165.145.x.x when uncapped. When using Verison I always have a 41.x.x.x IP.
