Telkom ISP - Bad Gateway issues today ?

Anyone else with Telkom as an ISP getting "Bad Gateway" on sites ?

e.g. http://cgi.resourceindex.com

Been driving me mad, but I got around it with this nifty CGI app :-

Installed it on my hetzner account - could be damn useful for when my cap is used up too

Yes I have, it's not resolving allot of the regular web sites I visit. Duck helkom
