Telkom ISP Email problem?

I can send mail, but does not receive any. Test send to myself also do not come back in. Is there a problem? I do not feel like digging to deep on my side, only to find it is Telkom again! My last mail received 12h32 today.
 
Ask them to reset your password and do a test while you are on the phone. This worked for my neighbour. Fellow at Telkom was quite helpful.
 
Notifications about this thread also not coming through to webmail, so doubt if the problem is on my side.

Ai, PT with Telkom on a phone again! And I have 5 mailboxes for my staff, with the same problem. It is their complaints that made me aware of the problem.

I am inclined to wait it out till morning. Maybe they fix it overnight.
 
Mail starting to trickle in now. Received about six in the last half hour. But the ones I am waiting for still not received.

Last mail came in 01h35 this morning. Did a test to myself now and it came through immediately. So it definitely was a Telkom problem.

Yep, couple of clients on TI reported not getting their nightly reports until this morning.
