Telkom ISP or OpenWeb

Hello Everyone

If i ever manage to get ADSL, should i go with telkom, who claim that:
1) When capped you go onto shared bandwidth
2) No Cap on local browsing

or OpenWeb who:
1) Are cheaper than Telskum
2) Are NOT telskum or in any way associated with Telkum
3) Have 30Gb local

Whats your experiance?

Openweb resell IS. I say go with IS... the additional benefit is that IS is NOT SHAPED! Works better with VOIP and P2P etc.
