Telkom ISP!! PLEASE HELP!

Hi All

I need to get hold of someone at telkom please oh please. I all of a sudden on my account have a contract for 24 months for ordering a modem bundle? How the hell and when did i order this? Who do I contact besides the call centre. I already have a 12 month contract on my account which I have no Idea what it is for and now I get added another one?

I have been struggling to get rid of the one already for the past 8 months and thought i should just let it run down. Now I all of a sudden have another BLADY contract? for What? And on my invoice says I received a Modem (Modem Bundle)? When did I receive this Modem?

Really could someone please put me in contact with anybody at Telkom who can assist me ASAP.

Cant help you but feel your pain. I have been billed double and trying to sort it out its a nightmare to put it midely. Have to pay 3 Aug with no resolution in sight. My thoughts are pay what I know I owe and see how quickly someone phones me complaining I owe then money.

But yes if someone can advise a compitant person to contact it will be great.

Ps. Telkom has a kiosk in canal walk where you can personally speak to someone after explaining my issue he tells me do premium R699 is only on 24 month contract no exceptions wtf so I said alrighty them and bye
