Telkom ISP setting

I updated my router firmware not thinking it'd delete my settings ... which it did

I called Telkom to get user/password but something still won't work. Apart from that is there anything else that needs to be set?

As default PPPoE (RFC-2516 PPP over Ethernet) ... ipv4 ... IPMode of connection is dynamic ... Nat enabled ... dns enabled

Could I be overlooking something?

EDIT : Username format is online*******@telkomsa.net ... the stars being a 7 digit date?

Yes.

Got it working as it was the LLC-based setting, that I had to change.
