Telkom ISP terrible

Hi

I've been complaining on twitter this entire week and nothing has been done. I had crystal web and they were brilliant. Has anyone else had issues streaming in he Sandton area?
 
Look at PE stats. This is for a 4Mbps line.

Yip perfect on CW. Unfortunately I have telkom simple so they force you to keep the account for 3 months

Then you have posted this thread in the wrong place...

Your issue involves the ISP - TelkomInternet - and not the ADSL line supplied to you by Telkom.
 
Maybe try a tracert and see if there is something weird with your exchange.

Exchange congestion - not ISP related. :p

I'm sorry, I thought this was the Telkom area ADSL faults section. :(

However, is it possible for the exchange to become congested in one day?

Probably not. Not to that level. I would suggest to do a couple more tracert during off peak periods. If those figures are constant it is more probable to be a line or Telkom infrastructure problem.
