I have two properties and in March I upgraded my line speed from 384kb to 4mb at one of them. Well, the bill came and they have upgraded both of my properties and im being charged double now. At no time when i made the call did i say anything to that effect. The properties are 250km away from each other and i called from the landline of the place i wanted the upgrade for.
I cant be expected to pay for the property im not residing at wasnt even aware they upgraded it.
What can i do?
