So I recently had my landline installed with Telkom (about 2 weeks ago) and have used Axxess's home uncapped deal. But I have probably had internet for a sum-total of 2 days. I have had absolutely disgusting service, both of whom send me backwards and forwards between each other.
On the first occasion my line went down, Telkom came out and explained that the OpenServe guy didn't install the line correctly told me that my line was unplugged at the exchange.
Next, I have had authentication issues, with Telkom telling me one thing and Axxess another. This morning, I get an SMS from Axxess stating that my line has been activated. It is was now authenticating correctly and was working for about 2 hours.
My line is now down YET AGAIN, this time Axxess tells me that their is an issue at the exchange. So Telkom have to come out again. I am convinced they are just unplugging people's lines at the exchange just to solve other people's issues, thereby pushing the problem onto someone else. Forgive if I am wrong in my understanding, but has someone else experienced similar issues? Possibly people that live in the southern suburbs etc? Just so frustrated
