So I started having line issues in January 2018 from then till June I had no services and was supposed to be credited R3000 odd for those months, I then advised them to cancel and would contact National Customer Care who I emailed, filled out the nature of my complaint via a form. I have not heard from either one since then assuming its sorted, a few months ago I get an email from debt collectors advising me to pay telkom, when I checked the invoice it was over R9000 and yet haven't had any services since 2018.
