Telkom junction box in my back yard

Can you not just right an affidavit saying that there are always people claiming to be from Telkom wanting access to your property, when you ask for identification they get angry and leave. You are worried about the safety of your family and wish for that junction box to be moved else where how ever you cannot afford to fork out the money to
do so.
Its a lie however its also unfair to you that Telkom can just use your property for free and generate an income plus add a security risk to you and your family.

I am also sure that somewhere there is some sort of human right being infringed on. That's my two cents worth of advice.

Option 1) Refuse them access when they want to work on it, pretend you are not aware of the hole in your own property in the end no one told you about it. (What if its a scammer pretending to be telkom and then gains access to your property)
Option 2) Use excuses such as you are not at home, the time they can work is inconvenient etc... They must fall into your schedule, you only have a window between 00:00 and 02:00.
Can they just enter your property without your consent ???
Assume the following situation: What if you have a big vicious dog kept safely within your own property having sufficient warning signs on your gate, they then without your permission enter your private property by breaking your fence/gate(Property damage), and the dog rips them to shreds surely not your fault.

What if YOUR line is faulty and the technician (not limited to Openserve as it could be other network providers) cannot get into your neighbour's property to fix your fault?

I mean if they required access to your property every week, then yes - its a problem - but if it happens once a year, so what?

i do see he's worry,at my place i do have a manhole as well and for the last 2 months not one techy came to ask to enter my house.Last time was when they came to install my line

If you check your title deed you'll most probably see a servitude ifo either Telkom/post office/local council
