Hi,
My Telkom line went dead at about 18:00 today. Would this be a suspended account?
I paid my landline rental with credit card on 2 Dec and the transaction was "successful" although on my Credit Card statement it only says "Authorised" and Telkom hasn't taken the money. The payment is reflected in the Payment history but the printable Invoice only reflects the payment from November?
Usually when Telscum suspend a line, do they not leave a voice message saying so? The line is surely not completely dead? Upon trying to log a Telscum fault I get this:
The service is already part of a network outage.

When I call myself with a cell phone I get my Telkom answering service kicking in.
