Telkom line down in Wilgeheuwel

My Telkom line's been down since last Wednesday.

Call centre just says 'there's a problem in the area'

Any luck of me trying to ask elsewhere what the problem is and how long it will take to fix?

My adsl is down, obviously, as well and its very frustrating!
