Telkom Line Dropping

Hi Guys

Anyone in the Empangeni area having problems with their lines not syncing and connection dropping every few mins?

Contacted Telkom and got a real dick on the line that blamed me for turning off my router when the line kept dropping. He logged a fault but I am wondering if it is just me or the whole area.
