Telkom Line Fault

My area had load-shedding tonight between 17:00 and 18:00.

I just got home to find:

- my ISP light red on my ADSL modem.
- Sync light is green.
- Voice line is dead silent.
- Calling the landline from cell results in ringing on the cell, but silent landline.
- Attempting to connect to an ISP manually via PPPoE fails immediately.

Do I need to log a line fault? What is the best way to do this?
 
I am not sure what was wrong, but my service has been restored.

Edit:

I opened a telkom fault online... is there any way to close it?
