Howzit guys!
Ive been fighting with telkom for the last year and a bit to install landlines in my apartment.
The first problem was that there is no infrastructure(piping, cabling and distribution box) in my complex, this was discussed with telkom planning department, and a solution was acheived. They requested us to install specific piping and boxes for them to come install their cabling, before they can can proceed. This was all done to spec, but now they have all but disappeared, they have lost interest/forgot about the problem. After contacting them repeatedly and logging numerous calls with telkom, i still have no luck, i even contacted the escalation department, but no luck.
Is there any way for me to get the installation started or just to get telkom to start paying attention?
