My line installation was scheduled for today. The technician showed up around 09:30 took a look around; told me he'd return later, but never did.
Received a sms at 16:10 saying a technician has been dispatched (no one showed up).
After calling 10210 I received an sms saying my installation is now scheduled for next week
Is this normal + any way to speed up the process?
