Telkom line installed at last!

Telkom came and installed my line this morning after 3 months and now i need to get my line changed to adsl

I had a great experience with Telkom. Installed line and activated ADSL within 10 days.

But now am struggling with Telkom line @ business. Would like to see how long it takes to repair my faulty line.

Mine took 1 week after I signed up with them. Must have been a quiet month for Telkom.

Same. I went with the self installation option. Handed in my application and 5 days later I was surfing the interwebz

I put in an application for a line 2 weeks ago, heard nothing from them, only a confirmation that they received the application. I phoned them just now and was informed that infrastructure expansion in my area was not budgeted for in this financial year. I will have to wait until at least the next financial year.

My neighbour got his line upgraded to adsl in 2 days.... that might be a record 4 telkom

Well when I was looking at adsl I was told that my exchange supports adsl but due to infrastructure upgrades I could not be accommodated this year. Handed in my form anyway and 5 days later I was up and running.
