Telkom Line Issues.

Hi,

I have been struggling for a while now with my line. Constantly reporting the issue to telkom and unfortunately its not being resolved. Hopefully I can get some help from this thread.

The issue that I am having is constant package loss in games, especially dota 2, and not being able to watch twitch without constant buffering. My line sometimes constantly drops then connects again. My line Stats:

Phone number: 013 744 xxxx
Line speed: 4mbps
ISP: Webafrica Capped account
Time of day when problems exists: All day

The funny thing is that the telkom technician does not know what I am talking about since I constantly have packet loss. So how do I get telkom to fix the issue since they don't understand what I am talking about?

I've tried another ISP test account, with the same results, indicating that the issue must be the line.

Please let me know as to what I can do.
 
are you hard wired or using wifi, ethernet is always better..

Yes I am using Ethernet cable.

Thanks for the link, but I am not seeing any planned maintenance in my area. Would the best solution be to just report it again to telkom?
